Contradicting Loyalties

On one hand:
Undertale just turned 1 recently. Hooray!
It's nice to see that the fandom hasn't crashed and burned, even though a lot of the initial hype is gone.
But on the other hand:
Dangan Ronpa 3: Despair Arc episode 10, and Future Arc Episode 9
Dead waifus, dead waifus everywhere.
Also Spoiler-kun cried. That's a big deal.
And Juzo is gay. The slash-shippers were right for once. I actually find that hilarious.
But on the other hand:
Dangan Ronpa V3 trailer with character designs and the name of the protagonist.
And Kaede is a girl! And the graphics look amazing! And everyone else looks interesting!

Why R+L=J is irrelevant

Now, I'm not saying that it is or is not true in the books.
There's just a couple of issues with it.
Who. How. Others. and Jon himself.
Who-
Who would know R+L=J? Currently the list those who know for sure are: Lyanna, Rhaegar, Eddard and Howland Reed. 3/4 are dead, and we haven't seen Howland Reed at all. Bran has to potential to find out via the Weirwood net, but he's beyond the Wall, far from anyone else, except for the Reed kids and Hodor.
How-
How on earth will anyone find out about this? And who would believe it? There's very little proof besides to word of a random northern lord and possibly a little boy who everyone thinks is
